A friend just sent this to me and I loved it so much that I wanted to share. names of people and companies have been changed to protect the innocent and funny:
friend: my niece & nephew just called me at work & it went something like this:
ringring
friend: Hello, “Music Industry Company,” this is “Karen”
them: ummmmm…chuckie (they call me chuckie)
them: what are you doing
friend: hey guys what’s going on
them: nothing…we are at grandma & grandpa’s house having lunch
them: how come you always have to work?
them: what do you do
friend: i just work guys…that’s all i do
niece: when you come over you have to smell my hair
friend: ok
niece: it smells like conditioner
friend: sounds great
niece: so can you come over now
friend: i’m still working
niece: oh…wanna here me sing “boom boom pow”
friend: ok (as i’m cracking up laughing)
niece: full rendition of boom boom pow
friend: great job kid…
them: k…love you bye
